Cannot attempt to cheat. He accepts that his membership will be terminated if found and that he accepts any legal or criminal liability that may arise from the situation.
3.e. Cannot attempt to cheat. He accepts that his membership will be terminated if found and that he accepts any legal or criminal liability that may arise from the situation.

3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user via kurbanyolla.com.tr. The authority of the user who terminates his/her membership to access the site will be revoked. The person who cancels his membership accepts that this action is irreversible.
3.i. The decision whether to delete any records belonging to the user account terminated by kurbanyolla.com.tr or the user himself belongs to kurbanyolla.com.tr. The user cannot claim any rights or compensation regarding deleted records.

The user accepts that he/she will be deemed to have accepted all the provisions of this participation agreement and that the agreement will be valid for him/her from the moment he/she starts to benefit from the service. The user agrees to compensate any damage that kurbanyolla.com.tr may incur due to his violation of the obligations undertaken under this agreement. kurbanyolla.com.tr has the right of recourse against the User for any compensation and/or administrative/judicial fines that the User may have to pay to public institutions and/or third parties due to the User's behavior contrary to the contract.
4. Rights and Obligations of Kurbanyolla.com.tr
4.a. kurbanyolla.com.tr accepts and undertakes that the user will benefit from the services subject to the contract, except for technical malfunctions, and that information other than the personal information shared by the user will not be shared with third parties or organizations in any way, except for legal obligations. If it is determined that the user has caused any electronic sabotage, attempts to interfere with earnings and/or attacks that will prevent the operation of the kurbanyolla.com.tr website, or if official authorities receive a criminal complaint or official investigation request against the member, kurbanyolla.com.tr has the right to investigate and disclose the member's identity information.
4.b. Kurbanyolla.com.tr may make unilateral changes to this agreement without any notice in order to ensure the continuity of the services it undertakes. Kurbanyolla.com.tr has the right to unilaterally suspend the service it provides permanently or temporarily, change the content of the service or cancel it at any time, without giving any reason. User agrees to this right. Kurbanyolla.com.tr, in case of any changes, will publish the current terms of use on its website with a new date update under the same link, and if deemed necessary, it will be notified to its users by e-mail. The updated updated terms of use will be valid from the moment they are published on kurbanyolla.com.tr and the use of kurbanyolla.com.tr site or services will be subject to the renewed terms of use from that moment on.
The membership of a member who has sent materials to kurbanyolla.com.tr that violate the provisions of this agreement may be terminated unilaterally by kurbanyolla.com.tr without any notice.
5. Entry into Force of the Agreement

The contract will automatically become void without the need for any warning upon termination of membership or any of the termination situations listed in this contract.
6. Competent Court and Dispute Resolution
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from the implementation of this agreement.
7. Notification Addresses
7.a. Kurbanyolla.com.tr does not ask for e-mail addresses from users in advance. However, the e-mail address provided by the user to kurbanyolla.com.tr is considered as the e-mail address where the legal address will be requested for any notifications regarding this agreement.
7.b. The parties agree that requests made to old e-mails will be valid and will be deemed to have been made to them, unless they notify the other party in writing of the changes in their current e-mails within 3 (three) days.
7.c. Again, any notification made by kurbanyolla.com.tr using the user's registered e-mail address will be deemed to be received by the user 1 (one) day after the e-mail is sent by kurbanyolla.com.tr. The User declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted all of the articles in this participation agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information provided about him/her.
